Created by PT Geeks and Cubit Designs Royal icing 1 egg white ½ pound confectioners sugar ½ Tbl lemon juice Water as needed Beat egg white at medium speed until foamy.  Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating between additions until the sugar is completely incorporated.  Add the lemon juice and beat at high speed until the icing holds its shape, about 5 minutes.  Thin with water as needed. Dressing   4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 egg yolk (coddled) ½ olive oil 1/8 white wine vinegar Juice of 1 lemon Salt and pepper to taste Put above in blender.
